Meet the Director and Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board helps us develop our strategies, especially those relating to outreach and marketing; programming; and fundraising. Comprised of experienced leaders from across the state, our Advisory Board is integral to the success of the Women’s Business Center.
Vicki Greene has been appointed director of the West Virginia University Women’s Business Center to assist entrepreneurs across the state in all stages of business development, with a special focus on women-owned and managed businesses.
Greene has 25 years of public and private sector work experience in management, marketing and public administration, in addition to an academic background in business practicum. She earned her masters of public administration from WVU and a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Virginia Wesleyan. She has previously served as an adjunct professor of business management, small business management, and entrepreneurship at Fairmont University, Pierpont Community & Technical College and West Virginia Wesleyan. Our Advisory Board
Dee Singh-Knights is an Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design at West Virginia University.
Mindy Walls is the Assistant Vice President for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at West Virginia University and business consultant focusing on business strategy and leadership training and development.
Tara has served as the program director for the Association of Women’s Business Centers Boots to Business program since 2014.
Pam Farris spends her time cultivating rising leaders as the Executive Director of Leadership West Virginia (LWV), a statewide program to develop, strengthen and connect leaders in the state.
Anne Barth is the Executive Director of TechConnect West Virginia, a non-profit organization focused on driving innovation, cultivating entrepreneurship and creating greater economic diversity.
As the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs, Vitullo is responsible for the Executive M.B.A., Online Executive M.B.A. and full-time M.B.A. programs.
